In a domain that became difficult because of the recent Law reforms, which have increased the disparity between the position of the damaged person and the one of the insurance companies, behind the casual and chimeric diminution of premiums, our office has always tried to offer – and carries on in the same frame, the own Out-of-Court and judicial consultation for a better tutelage of citizen's rights, so that the indemnity can stay in the domain of the right compensation for the suffered damage.

Such activities includes also the support in favour of companies already specialised in car insurance and in Out-of-Court consultation that need legal support for the possible judicial phase
