Following with time the exigencies of consumers, the Office is also specialized in consultation and assistance deriving from problems between mobile and conventional telephony consumers and providers. The most frequent cases of unjustified interruption of the service, for malfunction or any other reason, and the relative compensation for the suffered damages, unlawful and excessive telephone bills, are solved through the activation of light procedures of conciliation in front of the Regional Commissions for Communication. Such activity allows the customer-consumer to solve all questions relating also the relations with the telecommunication societies, especially the services linked to digital and satellite TV.
