The Office provides assistance and consultation extra judicial as well as judicial in questions related to succession with special attention to the ability to inherit, to the acceptance of legacy with or without inventory benefit, waiver of legacy, lawful legacy, testamentary legacy, legitimate beneficiary, institution of beneficiaries and bequest, division and collation, and not only all actions of refutation, claim and tutelage of the rights relating to the legacy quality
