The phenomenon of "crazy" parking tickets is now a plague that seems to persecute the citizens, demoralising them and damaging the confidence in the institutions and in everyday life.
It's possible to evacuate the lawfulness of actions often done by presuppositions that have nothing to do with the principles constitutionally guaranteed, like the right to defence and to contradiction and possibly to appeal a decision in front of a magistrate or any other competent referee.
In our opinion, one of the way to attenuate the phenomenon that considers also this aspect, is to keep in mind that the sum, often tight of these actions can’t constitute an obstacle any more to the possibility of appealing to a legal practitioner.
