The Office provides a large range of legal services in the field of shipping, as well in case of litigation as for consultation, also over the limits of shipping and its correlated matters, extending to transport in general, logistic and Insurance Law.

Among the competences of the Office are maritime insurances and re-insurances (persons and goods), maritime damage, controversies relating to using contracts of the boat and of representative titles of goods, yachting (construction, selling and buying, damage), international trade, road transport, rail carriage, river carriage and air transport, and Customs Law.
